At Total Hearing Wimbledon, we take your safety seriously. Please have a read of our COVID safety policy so as to ensure safe conduct.

  • We ask all of our customers to arrive for their appointments at the allocated time so you can come into the clinic without having to wait in your car.
  • We will ensure that the rooms and spaces have been cleaned between clients
  • Where possible, please try and attend your appointment alone and let us know beforehand if you need to bring someone with you.
  • Please wear a mask at all times. If you do not have a mask we will provide you with one at no charge.
  • If you are exempt from wearing a mask please let us know.
  • We ask you to sanitise your hands once you enter the clinic
  • You will be greeted by our friendly receptionist at all of our clinics.
  • You will then be taken into the clinical room.
  • Your Audiologist will be in full PPE in accordance with BSHAA, BAA and HCPC guidelines.
  • Where possible, we will try and ensure that you are the only customer in the clinic so as to avoid crossovers between other customers.
  • You will be asked to sanitise your hands again before leaving the clinic.
